General Info

The classes are small enough so that there is individual attention and so that the movements can be adapted appropriately for various ages and physical conditions and limitations. This is a very careful, precise style of yoga that stresses mindfulness and safety.

NOTE EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT: if you sign up for a session and pay on or before the start date of that session, you will receive some perks! New students as well as students who have not attended class for a while, take $25 off cost of session. Regular students, receive a free coupon to take an additional class during the session (for you or a friend).

• Saturday morning 9:30 – 11:00 AM
  Mixed Level Beginner / Intermediate
  10-week session from May 10 – July 19 (no class May 24 & July 5): $150
  
• Single class drop-in: $18 for Saturday and Tuesday; $17 for Wednesday and Thursday

You receive a 10% discount if you sign up for more than one class per week. If interested, you can ask about private classes.

If you sign up for a session and miss a class, you may make up the class at another class time (within the session). Make-ups must be done during the session. If you think that you will miss too many classes and not be able to make them up, it may be better to pay the drop-in rate.

Location

Classes are held at the Emmanuel Church, 21 Stratford Street in West Roxbury (on the corner of Stratford & Clement St). Enter through the white door at the end of the walk on Stratford St. Inside the door, go left up a few steps. Classes are in a beautiful, spacious, high ceiling room with a newly refinished hardwood floor. Parking is easily available on the street.
