May and June Schedule

The classes are small enough so that there is individual attention and so that the movements can be adapted appropriately for various ages and physical conditions and limitations. This is a style of yoga that stresses precision, alignment, mindfulness and safety.


Wednesday evenings

6:00 – 7:30 PM
Mixed Level
7-week session: $120

Saturday mornings

9:00 – 10:25 AM
Mixed Level
5-week session: $85

Dates:
(no Saturday classes in May)
June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29


First drop-in is $10.  Subsequent drop-in classes are $20.

Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
