May and June Schedule

The classes are small enough so that there is individual attention and so that the movements can be adapted appropriately for various ages and physical conditions and limitations. This is a style of yoga that stresses precision, alignment, mindfulness and safety.


Saturday mornings

7-week session: $110

Wednesday evenings

6:15 – 7:30 PM
Beginner Level
8-week session: $125

Dates:
May 2, 9, 16, 23
June 6, 13, 20, 27


First drop-in is $10.  Subsequent drop-in classes are $20.

Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. If you need to miss one or two classes, you may do a make up classes within the session.
